Accommodation & Grounds

Veranda Grand Baie has 95 rooms opening onto garden with terraces and balconies facing the coconut grove. The plantation-style architecture reflects Creole chic design, with thatched beach cabanas and comfortable sunbeds along the sand. A completely redesigned infinity pool offers a panoramic view of the azure lagoon of Grand Bay.

Dining & Culinary

The hotel's main restaurant serves buffet breakfast with English and Mauritian options, while the beach bar provides casual drinks and light fare. Special diet menus are available upon request, and the bar offers local rum tastings each week. Guests can also attend a Mauritian cooking class to learn local recipes.

Wellness & Spa

The Seven Colours Wellness Spa offers tailored treatments using natural ingredients, including body wraps, massages, and facials. Spa packages include access to the spa lounge and relaxation area. Fitness facilities and yoga sessions are available on-site.

Activities & Entertainment

Complimentary activities include glass-bottom boat trips, snorkelling excursions, and guided bicycle tours to local beaches. Evening entertainment features live music, themed dinner nights, and fire shows. The hotel also organises rum tastings and local cultural tours led by a passionate guide to meet small producers.

Location & Nearby

The hotel sits on a private beach adjacent to La Cuvette Public Beach, a 15-minute walk from Grand Baie's shops and restaurants. Cap Malheureux village with its iconic red-roof chapel is a short drive away, and the Grand Baie La Croisette shopping centre is within walking distance.
